We take pride in personally overseeing every step of the process—from selecting the finest oak to precision-milling and finishing each piece to perfection. Step 1: Sustainable Sourcing

We source top-quality, sustainable hardwoods from reputable sawmills across North America and Europe. Our suppliers adhere to responsible forest management practices and rotational harvesting techniques to ensure sustainability. Whenever possible, we prioritize purchasing certified raw materials.

Step 2: Precision Cutting & Calibration

At our facility, sawn oak boards are processed with CNC-controlled moulding machinery, delivering consistent profiles, tight tolerances, and high-quality finishes. By combining advanced automation with expert machining, we produce precision-engineered mouldings built to exacting standards.

Step 3: Trimming, Knot Filling & Sanding

After the boards have been machined to the desired size and profile, they undergo double end trimming to remove any end splits or defects. Any knots present in the wood are carefully filled with a colour-matching wood filler. The boards are then machine-sanded to a smooth 100-grit finish, ensuring they are ready for oiling or staining before installation
